For the couples who have booked all their vendors and need someone to put all the pieces together for the day! This package ideally begins 60 days out from your day and includes one timeline meeting to go over all of the final details! We’ll also be in contact with your vendors to ensure your day runs smoothy!
wedding management + design
For couples who have already booked some vendors and want a more collaborative experience in their planning process. This plan starts at least 6 months out from your day. We’ll provide unlimited communication, a custom wedding website, and three in-person meetings when we’ll go over the design, venue, and timeline to execute your big day!
full service planning
For the couples who want everything handled for their day! Whether you want to completely hand over the reins, or you want to work together to create your ideal day, this plan is those who don’t want to stress about a thing on your day! We provide design that fits your vision, an unlimited number of meetings, a personalized wedding website for organization purposes, and include our expert advice to ensure your day is a reflection of your love!
how it works:
1. Inquire
We want to hear more about you, how you and your partner met, and your vision for your day! If we’re a match, we’ll move on to the next step
2. Proposal
We’ll send you a personalized proposal, based off of our initial conversations. This is where an initial 50% deposit will be made so we can get started!
3. Let’s Get Planning
We’ll meet and get to planning! We’ll book vendors, complete venue walkthroughs, and implement the most important aspects to you!
4. Bring It All Together
All vendors are booked, timeline is complete, and all the details are ironed out so that your day is executed!
5. Let’s Get You Married!
It’s the Big Day! Infinite Love Events is your lead coordinator so you trust that you’ll actually be able to enjoy your wedding day and make new memories as a married couple!
